of Pixel Dragon Studio

Welcome to Pixel Dragon Studio! By accessing or using our website pixeldragonstudio.com and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, governed by the laws of the Netherlands:
1. Introduction
Pixel Dragon Studio provides professional digital design services, including branding, illustration, website design, website maintenance, landing page creation, and custom creative solutions. These terms govern the relationship between Pixel Dragon Studio and its clients.
2. Services & Payment Terms
All services are customized based on client requests and project agreements or as specified in our digital product listings.
Clients must provide clear project briefs and communicate revisions within the agreed timeframe.
- Payment is required upfront or structured based on milestones (as outlined in individual project agreements). Accepted payment methods: credit card and bank transfer.
- Processing fees or delays may apply depending on the method used.
- Optional add-ons, such as social media kits, business cards, or plugin setup, are available and priced separately. Custom packages may be quoted based on project scope.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project slot and initiate work. This deposit compensates for initial planning, design time, and resource allocation.
3. Scope of Work & Change Requests
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may result in additional charges or timeline adjustments. Pixel Dragon Studio reserves the right to determine whether a requested change constitutes a revision or a new task.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary assets (e.g., logos, content, access credentials).
If the client fails to provide required materials or feedback within the agreed timeframe, Pixel Dragon Studio reserves the right to:
- Adjust the delivery schedule
- Charge a delay fee
- Pause or terminate the project if delays exceed 14 calendar days
Extended delays may result in project cancellation, with the deposit retained to cover time and resources invested.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Pixel Dragon Studio retains copyright ownership of all design work unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted usage rights as defined in the project agreement (e.g., commercial or personal use). Unauthorized duplication, resale, or modification of Pixel Dragon Studio’s designs is strictly prohibited.
6. Revisions & Refunds
Clients are entitled to 2 revisions for custom design projects. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Refunds are only available if work has not commenced or under specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a kill fee of 25% of the remaining balance will be charged to compensate for time and resources invested.
7. Delivery & Timelines
All digital files are delivered via email, cloud storage, or other secure transfer methods. Project completion timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity and client feedback. Pixel Dragon Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or client inaction.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We respect client privacy. Information collected and project details are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Pixel Dragon Studio ensures secure data handling in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Refer to our

9. Limitation of Liability
Pixel Dragon Studio is not responsible for third-party alterations, misuse, or implementation of delivered designs.
We do not guarantee the success or financial impact of our designs on a client’s business. While we aim for high performance and
usability, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased traffic, conversions, or revenue.
10. Termination & Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project agreement if terms are breached —such as non-payment, abusive behavior, or failure to communicate— or under mutually agreed conditions.
Upon termination, work completed up to that point remains billable, and delivered assets may remain under Pixel Dragon Studio’s ownership.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before pursuing legal action. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
By continuing to use Pixel Dragon Studio’s services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
12. Portfolio Use
With client consent, Pixel Dragon Studio may showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies.
